Grand Final

Congratulations to the all the finalists of the 2007/2008 London Schools Hydrogen Challenge, who represented the following schools at Grand Final at City Hall on Thursday 19th June 2008:

  • Waldegrave School for Girls (1st Prize)
  • St Pauls Girls School (2nd Prize)
  • Southfields Community College (3rd Prize)
  • Abbotsfield School for Boys
  • Battersea Technology College
  • Bullers Wood School
  • Ellen Wilkinson School for Girls
  • King Fahad Academy
  • Rokeby School
  • Royal Liberty School
  • The Bridge Academy
  • Trinity School Belvedere CE VA Comprehensive
  • Whitgift School
  • Wimbledon High School

All the finalists had the opportunity to build and race hydrogen-powered cars on a Formula 1 style race track and were congratulated by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson.
